What is the Holiday Open Programme?

The Holiday Open Programme is a series of one-hour webinars offered exclusively to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) members. The webinars will cover a range of topics, including mindfulness, stress reduction, grief and loss, alcohol awareness, sleep, nutrition, and work-life balance.

Who can participate?

The Holiday Open Programme is open to all EAP members.

HOME MADE MULLED WINE AND MINCE PIES

This cook-along session will teach you how to make homemade mulled wine and mince pies. Sal Hanvey will demonstrate the recipes in the webinar, and participants will be emailed a list of ingredients to use if they want to cook along.
